Jan Wolsey is a massage therapist and myofascial practitioner with over 30 years of experience. She has a clinic in London's Harley Street and has studied in the UK America and India. She specializes in myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy.

Jan has trained John Barnes, one of the world's leading experts in myofascial release. She is one of only a handful of therapists to have traveled to the USA to study with him to an advanced level. Jan also regularly attends courses and workshops focusing on different aspects of treatment, such as RSI or using massage to help people who are suffering with CFS or ME. She is presently studying the impact of long covid and how massage and myofascial release may be able to benefit people.

Jan works from her home in Worthing. In her spare time, she enjoys walking her dog, studying Hindi (which she is pretty terrible at), and making sushi. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
